If you're looking to join, and none of the council members are online to accept you, you can fill out the following application and submit to me, Elmstar on the forums or Vellichor on chats. If you're submitting through the forum, do so in a PM and state your username and roleplay name.


Name - Age - Gender - Rank Desired - Do you vow your loyalty? - Will you be active? - Have you read our rules? - Password - Roleplay sample based on desired rank
